  • Standard 2 bed / 1 bath house ( $10 extra per room after )

  • (Weekly - $45 / wk)

  • (Twice weekly - $85 / wk)

  • Regular Basic Cleaning ( all rooms )

  • Vacuuming carpets

  • Sweeping

  • Mopping

  • Wiping down counters + table tops

  • Oven / microwave / air fryer

  • Dishes / load dish washer

  • Make beds

  • Laundry

  • One - time Cleaning Options

  • Deep cleaning per room - ( $ 30 - $ 50 )

  • Pet waste removal - ( $ 25 )

  • Carpet shampooing / stain removal - ( $ 25 )

  • Move in - move out - ( price will vary )

  • Deep cleaning per room includes:

  • Vacuuming

  • Sweeping

  • Mopping

  • Dusting

  • Wiping down everything

  • Pulling stuff away from the walls

  • Shampooing / stain removal

  • Windows

  • Making beds
